The President of the Republic of Somaliland, His Excellency Abdirahman Mohamed Abdillahi (Cirro), has issued Presidential Decree No. JSL/XM/GW/081-050/012025, formally enacting the 2025 Annual Budget.
The decree is outlined as follows:
Enactment of the 2025 Annual Budget
In accordance with: Article 90 of the Constitution of the Republic of Somaliland;
In accordance with: Article 75 of the Constitution of the Republic of Somaliland;
Based on: The Approval Resolution of the House of Representatives (Resolution No. GW/KF-10/06/2025) under reference GW/G/14-10/06/2025, dated 25th January 2025, regarding the 2025 Annual Budget;
It is hereby decreed:
The enactment of the 2025 Annual Budget, amounting to SL.SH/=3,894,462,279,363 (Three Trillion, Eight Hundred Ninety-Four Billion, Four Hundred Sixty-Two Million, Two Hundred Seventy-Nine Thousand, Three Hundred Sixty-Three Somaliland Shillings).
