The President of the Republic of Somaliland, H.E. Abdirahman Mohamed Abdullahi (Cirro), and his accompanying delegation departed from Hargeisa International Airport this afternoon on a special flight to Dubai.
President Cirro has been formally invited to participate in the 2025 World Governments Summit, scheduled to take place from February 11 to 13 in Dubai. During the summit, the President will deliver a keynote address covering key governance, economic, and development issues.
