The Presidency of the Republic of Somaliland announces the official commencement of the Workshop for the Cabinet of Ministers, held under the leadership of His Excellency President Abdirahman Mohamed Abdillahi.
The workshop was inaugurated with an extensive and insightful keynote address delivered by His Excellency the President, accompanied by His Excellency Vice President Mohamed Ali Aw Abdi.
This two-day workshop, scheduled from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, is designed to enhance the collective capacity of Cabinet members in line with the administration’s strategic objectives and national priorities.
Objectives of the Workshop:

Fostering Unified Understanding: To ensure Cabinet members collectively comprehend the prevailing challenges and opportunities across the Republic, enabling a coordinated and effective approach to governance.

Capacity Building: To enhance the foundational skills and strategic competencies necessary for implementing the administration’s vision and developmental goals.

Encouraging Innovation: To inspire the development of innovative, impactful initiatives at both ministerial and national levels, reflecting the Republic’s aspirations and addressing its unique challenges.

Strategic and Policy Framework Development: To equip Cabinet members with the expertise to formulate strategic plans and policies that align with their respective mandates, the National Development Plan (NDPIII), and Somaliland’s Vision 2030.

Strengthening Public Engagement: To empower Cabinet members to engage transparently with the public, fostering trust and confidence in the administration’s commitment to meaningful change and national progress.
