In a glitzy ceremony at the presidential palace, the incumbent president of the Republic of Somaliland H.E. Muse Bihi Abdi yesterday launched a pilot scheme for registering all the immovable properties of the government across the country.
Flanked by the Minister of Public Works Hon. Abdirashid Haji Duale Qambi, the president lauded the huge task undertaken by the Ministry of Public Works. The president has also given the utmost accolade to the engineers and staff of the ministry that demonstrated patriotism and loyalty to work for their nation and undertake such a monumental task.
Other present honored guests were the Director General of the Presidency Hon. Mohamed Ali Bile, President’s Special Advisor Abdiwahid Abdikadir, and Director General of the Ministry of Public Works Hon. Elmi Abdirahman Ashur, and other distinguished guests and government officials.
