The President of the Republic of Somaliland, H.E. Abdirahman Mohamed Abdillahi (Cirro), has today, January 12, 2025, issued Presidential Decree No. JSL/XM/WM/222-028/012025 appointing the Representative of the Republic of Somaliland to Taiwan.
The official decree is as follows:
In accordance with: Article 90 of the Constitution of the Republic of Somaliland;
Recognizing: The appointee’s knowledge, competence, and extensive experience;
Having been assured: Of his ability to fulfill the responsibilities of this role with distinction;
Following: Comprehensive consultations;
I hereby decree:
That, as of today, Mr. Mahamoud Adan Jama Galal is appointed as the Representative of the Republic of Somaliland to Taiwan.
