The President of the Republic of Somaliland, H.E. Abdirahman Mohamed Abdilahi Irro, and his delegation safely returned home this afternoon following a successful official visit to the United Arab Emirates.
Upon arrival at Egal International Airport, the President and his delegation were warmly welcomed by Vice President H.E. Mohamed Aw-Ali Abdi, senior government officials, and other dignitaries.
During the visit, President Irro held high-level discussions focused on strengthening diplomatic and economic ties between Somaliland and the UAE. Addressing the media, Minister of Foreign Affairs Hon. Abdirahman Dahir Adam Bakal and Minister of the Presidency Hon. Khadar Hussein Abdi emphasized the strategic achievements of the trip, underscoring that its positive impact will soon be reflected in the government’s development agenda and international cooperation efforts.
The administration remains committed to fostering global partnerships that drive sustainable progress and enhance opportunities for the people of Somaliland.
